I feel like the further out from treatment I’ve gotten the more my chemo brain has faded. In the midst of treatment I blamed it all on just being completely overwhelmed but as I’ve moved on, I have optimized things like sleep, diet, and mindfulness. I’m still a big fan of the Post-It note but I feel better!

One thing that has helped me a lot is leaving notes for myself where I know I will look - next to my toothbrush, next to coffee machine, etc. and I have my meds in a day of the week pillbox so I never have to wonder if I took them.
